PackBackers Mission Statement
PackBackers is the Whitefield WolfPack Booster Club supporting our athletic teams. Our mission is to:
Encourage all players, coaches, and fans to be a witness for Jesus Christ and reflect positively on our school.
Maximize the success of the school’s sports teams and athletes.
Build support for the sports teams and athletes from the students, the parents, and the community.
Help make participation in Whitefield sports a positive experience for every child and coach.
We accomplish Whitefield PackBackers mission through the active membership and participation of Whitefield parents. We support all Middle School, Junior Varsity, and Varsity teams and athletes, while also laying a positive foundation for the future of Whitefield athletics by supporting Lower School students and programs. We encourage all Lower, Middle, and Upper School parents to join and volunteer with the PackBackers.
All funds raised are used to supplement our Athletic Department’s budget by enhancing and improving facilities, equipment, and opportunities for each athlete. We strive to make sports a positive experience for every child, family, coach, and teacher. Last year, thanks to the generous support of the Whitefield PackBackers, we were able to fund the following:
Stadium Seating (Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Track, Band, Graduation): Upgraded seating for better comfort and event experience.
Portable Batting Cage “Turtle” (Baseball): Portable cage for safe, flexible batting practice anywhere.
New Cheerleader Tops Comfortable, breathable tops designed for style and movement.
GPS Tracking Technology (All Sports): Wearable devices tracking performance to improve training and reduce injury.
Logo White Boards (Basketball and Volleyball): Visual tools for coaching and strategy during games.
Rubber Dugout Floors (Baseball/Softball): Slip-resistant floors enhancing dugout safety and comfort.
Safety Netting (Baseball): Protective netting to ensure safety for players and fans.
Therm-X Cold Compression Unit: Cold therapy system combining cold and compression for faster recovery.
HuddleBox (Football, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse): Portable system for coaching, reviewing plays, and team communication.
Victory Celebrations: From championship t-shirts to rings, we honor our teams' excellence and perseverance.
Coaches Recognition: From gift cards to bonuses and banquets, we celebrate our coaches' dedication and leadership.
